Eating Disorders

I am very grateful to Aesthetic Realism and its founder, Eli Siegel, for understanding the cause of eating disorders, and for enabling the ten-year hell I was in with bulimia and anorexia to end completely.

I tell what I’ve learned in public talks — for example, at Columbia University, Princeton University, and for high school and junior high students.

Today I am a healthy, happy woman and am able to see and enjoy food with a respect and pleasure I never imagined possible.
